SÉOLA atelier is a jewellery studio based in Montreal.
Each piece is shaped by hand in sterling silver, exploring organic forms, texture, and balance. The work is guided by a Scandinavian sensibility, where simplicity meets a sculptural, tactile approach.
Designed to be worn and kept over time, each piece carries a quiet presence - intended to become part of the wearer, rather than define them.
All pieces are produced locally in Montreal through small-scale casting and soldering.
SÉOLA atelier is developed in limited quantities and made primarily to order, with a focus on longevity, material integrity, and intentional production.
SÉOLA atelier pieces are available online, at our Montreal studio, and through a selection of independent boutiques in Canada and the United States.

Cathrine Ahrenkiel is the Danish-born designer and founder of SÉOLA atelier, based in Montreal.
After more than a decade designing menswear in London and Montreal, she stepped away from fashion and discovered lost-wax sculpting - a slower, more intuitive way of creating directly by hand.
Her Scandinavian roots and design background continues to shape her work, balancing simplicity and form with something more organic and personal.
The name SÉOLA comes from the word soul — reflecting the idea that the objects we choose to wear and keep can become personal over time, carrying memories, moments and meaning with them.
