Celebrate the thinning of the veil at ECHO After Dark: Memento Mori, a macabre, adults-only soiree at ECHO, Vermont’s science and nature museum on the Burlington waterfront.

Experience hands-on science and immersive encounters, learn about death and decomposition from real-world experts, dance the night away at the danse macabre ball, and craft your own personal reminder that death comes for us all.

Plus, show off your creative prowess at our second annual After Dark Costume Contest. Categories include Best Single Costume, Best Group Costume, and Best in Theme: Death and Decay. Costumes encouraged for all, even those who choose not to compete.
