Catherine Granche, Quebec City, Canada. Jeweller, artist, curator. After working in scenography, teaching, and horticulture, Catherine Granche turned her focus to contemporary jewellery. Since graduating from the École de joaillerie de Montréal (2014), she has continued her training with renowned designers and educators through workshops and master classes. Represented by Galerie Noel Guyomarc'h, her work has been exhibited in Canada, the United States, and Europe and is part of private collections. She also occasionally works as a curator and writer.
Her practice is tinged with questions related to ethnobotany and the relationship between humans and their environment, thus linking the different stages of this atypical career path.

Catherine Granche est une artiste en bijou contemporain représentée par la Galerie Noel Guyomarc'h à Montréal.
Catherine Granche, Québec, Canada. Bijoutière, artiste. Après avoir pratiqué la scénographie, l’enseignement et l’horticulture, Catherine Granche s’est concentrée sur le bijou contemporain. Depuis sa formation à l’École de joaillerie de Montréal (2014) elle a poursuivi ses apprentissages auprès de créateurs et formateurs reconnus lors d’ateliers et de classes de maître. Représentée par la Galerie Noel Guyomarc’h, son travail a été exposé au Canada, aux États-Unis et en Europe et fait partie de collections privées. Elle œuvre aussi parfois en tant que commissaire et autrice.
Sa démarche est teintée de questionnements liés à l’ethnobotanique et aux relations que l’humain entretient avec son environnement, reliant ainsi les différentes étapes de ce parcours atypique.
