Isabelle Gagnon est née en 1970 dans un petit village près de Saint-Jean-Port-Joli. Depuis 1999, elle habite Paris, où elle dirige la Librairie du Québec. Son dernier roman, La fille qui rêvait d’embrasser Bonnie Parker (Remue-ménage), a remporté le Prix des lycéens allemands en 2015.
