Cheffe végane depuis plus de 10 ans, Éline Bonnin est la fondatrice de Patate & Cornichon, une application de recettes véganes pensée pour rendre la cuisine végétale accessible, gourmande et créative. Formée à la cuisine et à la pâtisserie en France, elle a notamment été propriétaire d’un café végane à Montréal avant de se consacrer entièrement à la création de recettes.
Lors de sa démo culinaire, elle te partagera tous ses trucs pour réussir tes gâteaux véganes à coup sûr 🎂
De la génoise à la mousse au chocolat, en passant par la crème au beurre, tu risques de repartir avec quelques nouvelles envies gourmandes 🍫

As a vegan chef of over 10 years, Éline Bonnin is the founder of Patate & Cornichon, a vegan recipe app designed to make plant-based cooking accessible, creative, and delicious. Trained in cooking and baking in France, Éline was the owner of a vegan café in Montreal before dedicating herself entirely to recipe creation.
During her cooking demo, she will share all her tips and tricks to make sure your vegan cakes turn out perfectly every time 🎂
