About
Known for their powerful performances and well-crafted original music, Dakota Pearl brings big country rock to every stage they stand on. Their music combines new country, southern rock and old-time classic country with lyrics about living life out on the back roads, ripping up the honky-tonks and falling in love in a small rural town. Hailing from the beautiful Pemberton Valley, Dakota Pearl’s music is inspired by love, life and the hard-working people that surround them.
Dakota Pearl's authentic sound garnered the attention of acclaimed producer Paul Shatto and Jeff Johnson leading to their back to back BCCMA Album of the year nominations. The latest album to be released spring 2024 “Eleanor” is by far their best work to date. With the bad ass Mitch Merrit at the helm providing his unique talent for cutting the bullshit and getting to the root of the music,it's sure the resonate.
It's in their hearts why they play the way they do. At every show giving everything on the stage.
