Velours Velours est le nom de scène de Raphaël Pépin‑Tanguay, un auteur-compositeur-interprète québécois originaire de Sainte-Anne-des-Monts. Actif depuis le début des années 2020, il s’impose dans la nouvelle scène pop francophone grâce à une écriture sensible et introspective, ainsi qu’à une présence scénique remarquée. En 2025, il est nommé parmi les Révélations Radio-Canada et récolte plusieurs nominations au gala de l’ADISQ.
